1. What Anly24 is — and is not

Anly24 is an independent football statistics and analysis service. It publishes live match statistics, match events, head-to-head records, league tables and our own statistical indicators (such as the pressure index).

• Anly24 is not a betting or gambling operator. We do not organise, offer, accept, broker or settle bets, wagers or games of chance of any kind, and we do not hold or process stakes or winnings.
• Anly24 does not advertise, promote or link to betting or gambling operators, and does not publish betting odds, coupons, "tips" or recommendations to place bets.
• Anly24 is not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by any football club, league, federation or competition organiser.

Nothing on the Service is an offer, invitation or encouragement to gamble. Users in the Republic of Türkiye are reminded that betting and games of chance on sports may only be offered by operators authorised under Law No. 7258 and related legislation; Anly24 is not, and does not act on behalf of, any such operator.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for ensuring that accessing the Service is lawful where you are. We may restrict access from certain countries or regions at our discretion.

3. Nature of the content — no advice, no guarantee

All analyses, indicators, probabilities and labels such as "Goal followed" are statistical opinions for general information and entertainment. They describe past or current match data and are not predictions you can rely on, nor financial, betting or professional advice. Football outcomes are uncertain; past statistical patterns do not guarantee future results. You alone are responsible for any decision you make, and you must not use the Service as the basis for gambling.

4. Data sources and accuracy

Match data is obtained from third-party data providers and is shown "as is". It may be delayed, incomplete or incorrect, and may be corrected later. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of any data. Team and competition names, crests and logos are the property of their respective owners and are shown for identification only.

5. Advertising and access to content

The Service is free and funded by advertising. Some content may be shown in limited or blurred form and opened after you view a sponsored video ("rewarded advertising"). Advertisements are served by third parties (for example Google). We do not accept advertising for gambling or betting services and we ask our advertising partners to exclude such categories; if you see such an advertisement on the Service, please report it to us so we can block it.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service for any unlawful purpose, including illegal betting or gambling;
• copy, scrape, crawl, harvest, republish, resell or redistribute the Service's content or data, in whole or in part, by automated means or otherwise, without our prior written consent;
• circumvent, disable or interfere with advertising, access controls, rate limits or security features;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, or disrupt or overload the Service;
• present our content as your own or imply an endorsement by Anly24.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, its design, software, texts, indicators and compilations are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by Law No. 5846 on Intellectual and Artistic Works and other applicable laws. You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to view the Service for private, non-commercial use.

8. Availability and changes

We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, without notice, and do not guarantee that it will be available or error-free.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage (including loss of money, profit or data) arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Service or its content. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under mandatory law, including liability for gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

The Service may contain links to, or content from, third-party services. We are not responsible for their content, policies or practices.
